A Letter from Precision Plus Financial’s Founder and President ...

Whether you are a friend returning to Precision Plus or a prospective client visiting the site for the first time, I welcome you to Precision Plus Financial Services. As you browse through our new website, you’ll find the usual promises:  “a commitment to customer service”… “fast and reliable”…“working hard for you”…“experience and quality.” We know you’ve heard it all before. Once you become a client of Precision Plus Financial, however, you will realize that there is substance to our promises, not just words on a website. 

Prior to starting Precision Plus Financial, I worked for several other mortgage finance companies.  I was amazed by the number of customers who called that were involved in serious financial concerns and issues. They ranged from families living beyond their means because they were drowning in debt, to single professionals overwhelmed by high mortgage or loan payments that were living off credit cards, to older adults trying to plan for their “golden years” without much success. My job was to sell them a mortgage and send them on their way. I knew that I wanted to offer more to my clients. I wanted to provide them with education about debt, to arm them with knowledge about where their money was going and give them ongoing support as they moved into a new stage of financial independence.  

I founded Precision Plus Financial Services based on this premise: We are committed to work not only for you, but also with you. We promise to provide you with the highest quality advice, knowledge and expertise. We will be available to assist you when you may need us, whether it be weeks, months or years from your initial contact. Our primary goal at Precision Plus Financial is to help you purchase or refinance your home and to provide you with greater financial freedom. Our commitment is to develop and retain the personal relationships we have with our clients and to keep the process of obtaining a mortgage as stress free as possible.
